Description

Franchi has taken the already exceptional Affinity 3 and tweaked a few things to solidify its class-dominating performance. They gave it a slimmer profile with enhanced ergonomics to deliver amazing instinctive pointability and swing-through balance. Checkering on the grip and forend offer improved grasp in slick conditions, and a larger trigger guard opening makes shooting with gloves easier. They added a two-piece shell latch to improve loading and unloading characteristics, and a bolt-release button is easier to find and deploy with gloves or in low light. Two things they didn’t touch were the splendid Italian craftsmanship and the famously durable, reliable and fast-shooting inertia-driven action.
